FINANCIAL PROJECTION (REVENUE)
The financial projection entails the income per cycle which has been projected out of experience with average case scenarios. This means that the financial projection in this Proposal is an average estimate made based on previous farming experiences considering the possibility of accessing farm inputs and feasibility of selling the farm produce . The income could be higher depending on the season. The higher the investment Capital, the higher the ROI.
Please note that COVID-19 global pandemic affected prices of farm inputs and services and hence will be implemented as prices adjust.
Your investment fund still remains till the month you pull out of the project, it’ll be paid into your account alongside your profit for same cycle.
- Any quarter you intend to withdraw from the project, your revenue will still be 20% of the investment capital aside insurance which is nonrefundable.
- The corresponding cost for irrigation increases during dry season but remains the same during rainy season.
- You can pair with someone to invest half , double or tripple the total investment amount or more.
- At least 28days notice is expected from a client in event of withdrawal from the Investment plan.
FARM RISKS AND INSURANCE
We however, ensure all farms under our care are insured with Agricultural insurance companies in Nigeria should there be damages or losses due to locust, drought or any other inevitable factor. It is a compulsory bill placed at 6% of the total investment capital payable at the beginning of the project.
